Client Manager

Job Responsibilities:

As Client Manager, you will provide relationship management and customer support to clients to our clients.

You will understand our client’s business requirements and work with our stellar technical team in order to design software solutions, testing them to ensure client satisfaction. You will build relationships with assigned accounts, regularly attending client meetings to collaborate on their requirements, ensuring services are functioning well and advising them of opportunities for additional services and product solutions. As well as being great at relationships, you will also help to provide timely technical support, improvement and troubleshooting for client systems, identifying potential areas of concern before they arise and making recommendations based on recognising the client’s current and future technology needs in conjunction with our technical team. Work will also include taking and following up on new sales calls, producing clear quotes, planning implementation and regular account reporting including margin reports and invoicing.

Knowledge / Experience Required:

You will be ideally educated to degree level or equivalent and have at least 2 years’ experience in account management or customer support with evidence of excellent relationship building expertise. You will be highly commercially aware and have excellent inter-personal communication skills with the ability to quickly build strong relationships. You will be able to work openly and cooperatively with others and be self motivated, with a passion for customer success. You will need to be able to travel frequently with a clean driving license and your own car.
